These are the spares for Vaporesso's pod kits, not the devices themselves. XROS Corex pods (sold in 2-packs and 4-packs across Corex 2.0 and 3.0) cover the whole XROS line, Luxe X Dual Mesh and Corex pods cover the Luxe X family including the XL versions, and Vibe, Armour, Eco Nano and Luxe XR/Q each have their own replacement pod. Most last a couple of weeks of normal use before the coil inside needs swapping out for a fresh one. Looking for the device instead? See our Vaporesso pod kits page. Fast UK delivery.

XROS COREX 2.0 and 3.0 pods are cross-compatible across XROS 4 and XROS 5 kit families. Luxe X pods are specific to the Luxe X series and are not cross-compatible with XROS kits.

COREX 2.0 and COREX 3.0 pods are both compatible with the full XROS 4 and XROS 5 kit range — they share the same magnetic connection and pod format. The difference is the coil construction inside. COREX 2.0 uses a flat-mesh coil, which delivers a warmer, denser draw at the same resistance compared to COREX 3.0. COREX 3.0 uses a Hive Mesh honeycomb structure with Cumulus cotton wicking, which Vaporesso says produces approximately 40% more flavour intensity and 30% smoother airflow than COREX 2.0. COREX 3.0 also includes the SSS silicone seal system, which improves leak resistance.
In practice: if you are replacing pods on an XROS 5 kit, the COREX 3.0 pod (in the resistance that matches your preference) is the better choice in most cases. At VapeCity, the XROS COREX 3.0 4-pack is £32.99. COREX 3.0 pods are available in five resistance options: 0.4Ω (RDL, 20-30W), 0.6Ω (loose MTL, 15-25W), 0.8Ω (standard MTL, 12-18W), 1.0Ω (tight MTL, 10-15W) and 1.2Ω (tightest MTL, 9-12W).
COREX 2.0 pods are the right choice if you have an XROS 4 kit and prefer the warmer flat-mesh draw profile, or if you have existing COREX 2.0 stock you want to continue using with an XROS 5 kit. Both pod generations are stocked across major UK retailers at £9.99 per 4-pack.
XROS pods (COREX 2.0 and 3.0): compatible with XROS 2, XROS 3, XROS 4, XROS 4 Mini, XROS 5, XROS 5 Mini, XROS 5 Nano, XROS Pro 2. Luxe X Dual Mesh pods: compatible with Luxe X, Luxe X2, Luxe X3. Vibe Dual Mesh pods: compatible with Vibe SE 2 only. ECO Nano pods (0.6Ω and 0.8Ω Lush Mesh, 2-pack at £6.49 from other retailers): ECO Nano and ECO Nano Plus only. Do not mix pod families between kit series.
COREX 3.0 pods typically last one to two weeks with regular MTL vaping at 20mg nic salt. The Hive Mesh coil design and Cumulus cotton extend coil life slightly compared to the COREX 2.0 generation. Signs it is time to replace: a burnt or noticeably weaker flavour, reduced vapour production, or a gurgling sound when drawing (usually indicates a saturated cotton wick that has started to break down).
Sweetened e-liquids — candy, dessert and cola profiles — shorten pod life on all Vaporesso coils. The sucralose content in sweetened e-liquids caramelises on the coil during heating, building up residue that blocks the mesh over time. Using unflavoured or simply flavoured nic salts (fruit, menthol) extends each pod's lifespan. A 4-pack of COREX 3.0 pods at 20mg fruit salt and moderate daily vaping typically covers 4 to 8 weeks of use.
COREX 2.0 uses a flat-mesh coil and delivers a warmer, denser draw. COREX 3.0 uses a Hive Mesh honeycomb structure with Cumulus cotton wicking, producing approximately 40% more flavour intensity and 30% smoother airflow, plus an improved SSS anti-leak seal. Both fit all XROS 4 and XROS 5 series kits. COREX 3.0 is the current-generation upgrade. XROS COREX 3.0 4-packs are £32.99 at VapeCity.
The XROS 5, XROS 5 Mini, XROS 5 Nano and XROS Pro 2 all use the standard XROS magnetic pod connection. They are compatible with COREX 3.0 pods (recommended, 5 resistance options: 0.4-1.2Ω) and COREX 2.0 pods (0.4-1.2Ω). Both generations are cross-compatible across the XROS 4 and XROS 5 families.
No. Luxe X Dual Mesh pods are specific to the Luxe X kit family (Luxe X, Luxe X2, Luxe X3) and use a different connection than the XROS pod system. They are not interchangeable. Luxe X pods at VapeCity are £4.99 per pod (individual) or £30.99 for the 4-pack XL format.
For 0.8Ω and 1.0Ω pods (MTL): 20mg nic salt in a 50/50 blend. For 0.6Ω (loose MTL): 10mg or 20mg nic salt. For 0.4Ω (RDL): 10mg nic salt or 3-6mg freebase. High-VG shortfill is not suitable for 0.8Ω or tighter pods. Avoid heavily sweetened e-liquids to extend coil life.
The Vaporesso Vibe Dual Mesh Smart pod (£6.99 at VapeCity) typically lasts one to two weeks with regular MTL/RDL use. The dual 0.6/0.8Ω mesh construction is designed for longer coil life than single-mesh equivalents. At 20mg nic salt in ECO mode (14W), a single pod will outlast the same pod used continuously at 24W Power mode.
The XROS COREX 3.0 4-pack at VapeCity (£32.99) works out at £8.25 per pod. Buying from other retailers, single COREX 3.0 pods or 4-packs run at around £9.99 per 4-pack (£2.50 per pod) elsewhere — the individual vs pack pricing varies by retailer. If you know which resistance you use consistently, the 4-pack offers better value than individual pods.
