The Innokin Prism T18E is an 18mm diameter clearomizer tank built around a mouth-to-lung vaping style. It comes with a T18E 1.5 Ohm coil pre-fitted and a spare O-ring set in the box. The 18mm body is slimmer than the 20mm T20S, which makes the T18E the better fit for narrow pen-style devices where the tank sits flush against the device body without overhang.
The T18E has the largest colour palette of any Prism tank in the range at 14 options. Eleven are currently in stock at VapeCity: Crimson, Yellow, Black, Stainless Steel, Aquamarine, Pink, Purple, White, Blue, Red, and Rainbow. Navy Blue, Teal, and Violet are temporarily out of stock. All in-stock variants are priced at £42.00. It is the entry point to the wider Innokin tank range and fits the brand’s slim pen-style Innokin vape kits.
Tank diameter determines how the clearomizer sits on your device. A 20mm tank on an 18mm device body creates a visible overhang where the tank base extends beyond the edge of the mod. This is not a performance problem, but it affects the appearance of the setup. An 18mm tank on an 18mm device produces a flush, straight silhouette from device body to tank.
The T18E is designed for this pairing. Slim pen devices, starter kits, and narrow box mods that use an 18mm form factor look and feel more cohesive with the T18E than with the wider T20S. The slim body also means the T18E sits more naturally in the hand for vapers who prefer a narrow profile rather than the slightly wider grip of a 20mm setup.
If you own a device with a 20mm or wider top section, the T20S or T18-II may be a more appropriate fit. The T18E is the right choice specifically for 18mm pen devices, starter kits, and any device where you want to maintain a compact overall footprint.
The T18E kit includes one T18E 1.5 Ohm coil fitted to the tank. This coil is a mouth-to-lung option, meaning you draw vapour into your mouth before inhaling to the lungs. The action replicates a cigarette more closely than a direct-to-lung draw, and it suits vapers who are switching from smoking and want to maintain familiar inhalation habits.
At 1.5 Ohm resistance, the coil runs at relatively low wattage, which conserves battery and produces a moderate, focused vapour output rather than large clouds. The warmth and throat sensation at 1.5 Ohm are well matched to 18 to 20 mg nicotine salt, which at this wattage delivers a clean and satisfying hit without the harshness that high-nicotine e-liquids can produce at higher power.
The T18E coil is specific to the T18E tank. Replacement T18E coils are available separately at VapeCity. The kit includes one spare O-ring set for maintaining the seal over time, but replacement coils will eventually be needed as the coil element ages through regular use.
The T18E's 14-colour range is broader than the T20S at seven options or the T18-II and T18E Pro at their respective ranges. Available now: Crimson, Yellow, Black, Stainless Steel, Aquamarine, Pink, Purple, White, Blue, Red, and Rainbow. Currently out of stock: Navy Blue, Teal, and Violet.
The Stainless Steel finish is a distinctive option -- a brushed metallic body that contrasts with the coloured anodised options and suits vapers who want a clean, tool-like aesthetic rather than a bold colour. Rainbow uses the same multicolour anodised finish as the T20S Rainbow, shifting through visible colours depending on the light angle. Aquamarine is unique to the T18E range and is the softer blue-green option that sits between the standard Blue and Teal.
The tank arrives with the 1.5 Ohm coil already fitted, so the only real discipline is priming before the first vape. Skip that and the cotton scorches on the opening draw, which is the most common reason a brand-new tank tastes burnt.
Burnt taste on a fresh coil
It was vaped before the cotton soaked. Drip onto the wicking ports, refill, and rest it five minutes before drawing.
Weak flavour or thin vapour
The coil is likely worn, sooner on sweet liquids. Fit a fresh T18E 1.5 Ohm coil and prime it.
Gurgling or spitback
Usually an overfill or liquid in the central airflow tube. Vape it down a little and keep juice off the chimney when filling.
Leaking around the base
Fit the spare O-rings and make sure the tank sections are screwed together snug, not cross-threaded.
