The physical form of a vaping device influences how natural it feels to use, particularly for people who have just stopped smoking. The T18 X is thin enough to hold between two fingers in the same way as a cigarette. This is a deliberate design choice rather than an accidental one: the pen format is the original format for MTL vaping devices, and it remains the most intuitive for ex-smokers.

The slim body also affects pocketability. The T18 X slips into a shirt pocket, a jeans pocket, or the small pocket in a jacket without creating a visible bulge or pressing uncomfortably against the body. The T18 X is available in Black, Crimson, Navy Blue, Stainless Steel, Teal, Violet, and Yellow. The colour range is more curated than the T20S's twelve-plus options, but each colour has been chosen to stand out rather than blend in.

Crimson is a deep, saturated red that reads as more premium than the brighter red offered on the T20S. Teal is a rich blue-green that has broad appeal and photographs particularly well. Violet sits between blue and purple with a slightly muted saturation that looks more sophisticated than a bright purple. Yellow is the most unusual choice in any Endura range and suits buyers who specifically want something that does not look like a standard vaping device.

Stainless Steel gives the T18 X a brushed metallic appearance closer to a fountain pen than a vaping device, which suits professional environments. Navy Blue is the most understated finish in the range, close to black but with enough colour to distinguish it. These seven choices prioritise distinction over volume: every colour has a reason to exist rather than filling a slot.

The T18 X uses a 1.5 Ohm coil operating at 14W, which delivers the coolest and most restricted MTL draw available in the current Endura starter kit range. The draw tightness is very close to a filtered cigarette, and the vapour temperature is low enough that the throat feel is primarily from nicotine rather than heat. Nic salt e-liquids at 10mg to 20mg are the optimal pairing for both nicotine delivery and vapour production at this resistance.

The 2.5ml tank is the UK TPD maximum for a single tank fill. Most starter kit tanks in the UK are 2ml or 2.5ml, so this is a standard specification rather than a limitation. The tank is a top-fill design, with the fill port accessible without disassembly, which keeps refilling quick and clean.

The T18 X uses the same coil format as other T18-series devices, so replacements come as Innokin Prism T18/T18E coils at 1.5 ohm. If you fancy a different draw, check the exact Innokin coil compatibility first, since the fitting dimensions have to match the T18 X coil base.
