The Innokin Endura T22E is the mid-size model in the Endura family, slotting between the compact T18 and T20S variants below it and the flagship T22 Pro above. It carries a 2200mAh battery, a step up from the smaller Enduras that noticeably extends the time between charges, and pairs it with Innokin's 0.8 Ohm E coil for a warm, satisfying mouth-to-lung draw.
It is sold as a complete starter kit at £26.99, with everything you need to start vaping in the box. Available in six colours, it suits new vapers making the switch from disposables as much as ex-smokers who want a reliable, simple device that asks for no technical knowledge. The rest of the Innokin range, including the wider Innokin vape kits line, sits either side of it on price and power.
Battery capacity is one of the practical differences between entry-level and mid-range starter kits. The T22E's 2200mAh cell gives it a clear advantage over the smaller 1300mAh and 2000mAh units in the lower Endura models. For an average vaper drawing 10 to 15 times an hour across a waking day, the T22E comfortably covers two full days between charges under normal conditions.
This matters most if you are coming off a disposable habit. Disposables offer the ultimate convenience of zero charging, but they cost far more over time. The T22E gives you comparable day-to-day convenience from a battery point of view without the ongoing spend. Most people find they charge it every other evening and never run flat mid-day.
Charging runs over USB-C at 1A and takes roughly two hours from flat to full. There is no fast charging here, but the large capacity means a standard 1A adapter tops it up overnight with no time pressure at all. If you would rather not tie up your phone charger, a spare USB wall plug keeps the kit topped up on its own.
The Innokin E coil at 0.8 Ohm runs at 14 watts and delivers a moderate MTL draw that sits between the tight cigarette resistance of the T20S's 1.5 Ohm coil and more open sub-ohm territory. Vapour is warm and present without being overwhelming, and the throat feel with nic salt e-liquids at 10mg to 20mg is smooth rather than harsh, which is exactly what you want when you are leaving cigarettes behind.
The 0.8 Ohm resistance handles both 50/50 e-liquids and higher VG blends up to around 60/40. That flexibility means you are not locked to a single liquid type. An ex-smoker who starts on a 20mg nic salt in 50/50 and gradually steps the nicotine down while trying different ratios will find the T22E follows that journey without forcing an upgrade.
The E coil is Innokin's updated coil platform and differs from the older Prism coils used in the T18 range. E coils fit the T22E and the T22 Pro, but not the T18E, T20S or T18 X, which use their own separate formats. When you reorder, the replacement to ask for is the Innokin Prism S coil, which covers the 0.8 Ohm and 1.5 Ohm options for this kit.
The T22E comes in six colours: Black, Silver, Blue, Purple, Red and Rainbow. The Rainbow finish has an iridescent surface that shifts colour in the light and has been consistently popular across the Endura range. The other five are solid matte finishes with a clean, professional look that suits daily carry in an office as easily as a night out.
Operation asks you to learn nothing beyond the standard five-click on and off familiar to anyone who has held a vape. There are no wattage adjustments, no menus and no display to read. Press the single button to fire and hold it while you draw. The fixed 14W output means the device behaves identically every time, which is precisely what someone stepping off a disposable expects.
The 4ml top-fill tank opens from the top with no need to unscrew sections or tip the device over. Slide the fill port cover, pop in the nozzle of your e-liquid bottle, fill to the visible line and replace the cover. The glass tank section and wider body make the T22E a touch larger in hand than the slim T18 range, but it stays genuinely pocket-friendly.
It arrives with a coil already fitted, so it is close to fill-and-go. The one thing worth your patience is priming a fresh coil before the first vape, which is the difference between a sweet draw and a burnt one.
Burnt taste on a new coil
It was fired before it soaked. Drip a few drops onto the coil cotton, refill, and leave it five minutes before the first draw.
Burnt taste after a couple of weeks
The coil has worn out, sooner on dark or sweet juice. Fit a fresh Innokin Prism S coil.
Gurgling or a spit-back
You have likely overfilled or got liquid into the central tube. Vape it down a little and keep juice off the chimney when filling.
Device will not fire
Check it is switched on with five clicks and has charge. A flashing light usually means the battery is flat or the button is locked off.
