OXVA Xlim EZ pods are the current generation of refillable Xlim cartridge: a 2ml pod with a built-in mesh coil, a red top-fill port under a flip-up cap, and four resistances from 0.4ohm to 1.2ohm. They come three to a pack, one resistance per pack, and we sell them at £10.99. They fit almost every Xlim pod kit OXVA has made, which is the whole point of them.

The name causes confusion, so to be clear up front: "EZ" is the name of the cartridge, not of a device. There is no Xlim EZ pod kit. OXVA calls it EZ because the top-fill is easier than the side-fill on the original Xlim pods; you lift the cap, fill through the red port, and close it, without pulling the pod out of the device. If an older listing (including, until today, ours) told you these only fit an "Xlim EZ", it was wrong.
Below: which Xlim devices take EZ pods and which cannot run the 0.4, how each resistance vapes, EZ against the V3 pods and the EZ XL, how to fill and prime one, and the honest numbers on pod life and running cost. The full range of OXVA replacement pods is on the hub page.
Nearly all of them. The Xlim pod slot has kept the same shape and magnetic contacts across the range, so an EZ cartridge clicks into the same place as the V2 and V3 pods before it. The one caveat is the 0.4ohm, which needs more power than the smallest Xlims can give it.
| Device | EZ pods fit? | 0.4ohm OK? |
|---|---|---|
| Xlim Go | Yes | Yes |
| Xlim Go 2 | Yes | Yes |
| Xlim Pro 2 | Yes | Yes |
| Xlim SQ Pro 2 | Yes | Yes |
| Xlim 3 Ultra | Yes | Yes |
| Xlim Pro, SQ Pro, SE 2, Classic Edition | Yes | Yes |
| Original Xlim, Xlim SE, Xlim SQ | Yes | No, use 0.6ohm and up |
They do not fit OXVA's other pod systems: not the NeXlim, not the VPrime, not the Origin. If the device does not say Xlim on it, these are not the pods. And they are the 2ml UK version; the 3ml standard version OXVA sells abroad is not TPD-legal here. The EZ XL is listed as its own product.
One resistance per pack, so choose before you buy. The rule is the usual one: lower resistance means more power, more warmth and more vapour, and it drinks liquid faster. Higher resistance runs cooler and tighter and sips battery and juice.
| Pod | Draw | Liquid | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.4ohm | Loose, direct-to-lung, warm | 3 to 6mg freebase, 60/40 or 70/30 | Bigger vapour on a Pro or Go |
| 0.6ohm | Restricted lung, airy | 10mg salt or 6mg freebase | Flavour chasers, RDTL |
| 0.8ohm | Loose mouth-to-lung | 10 to 20mg salt, 50/50 | The default; what most Xlims ship with |
| 1.2ohm | Tight, cigarette-like MTL | 20mg salt, 50/50 | Ex-smokers, longest battery life |
Not sure? Buy the 0.8ohm. It is the resistance most Xlim kits come with, it works with every nic salt we sell, and it forgives a bit of chain-vaping. Go to 1.2 if you want the draw to feel like a cigarette, or down to 0.6 if you want more cloud on a 10mg salt.

Three current Xlim cartridges, all refillable, all four resistances, all compatible with the same devices. The differences are fill method and size.

The V3 is the workhorse: side-fill, cheaper per pod in bulk, and perfectly good. The EZ is the convenience upgrade: you fill it standing in the device, which means no dribbles down the side and no fiddling with a rubber bung. If you refill on the move, the EZ is worth the small premium.
The top-fill makes it simple; the soak is where people go wrong. A burnt first pull almost always means the pod was vaped before the cotton had drunk.

OXVA rates each EZ coil for up to about 50ml of e-liquid in its own testing on the 0.6ohm. In real use that is roughly one to two weeks for a typical vaper, longer on clear fruit and menthol liquids, shorter on thick, sweet desserts that caramelise on the mesh. You will know it is done when the flavour goes flat or faintly burnt with a full pod.
At £10.99 for three, a pack is roughly three to six weeks of pods, so call it £2 to £4 a week plus your e-liquid. A 10ml bottle of salt fills an EZ pod five times. Against a prefilled pod system at £2 or £3 a pod every couple of days, an Xlim on EZ pods runs at well under half the cost.
Two habits stretch it: keep the pod topped up rather than running it dry, and use a 50/50 liquid on the 0.8 and 1.2. Thick 70/30 shortfill is fine in the 0.4 but starves the tighter pods.
OXVA built four layers of leak protection into the EZ (the fill port seal, the coil top, the base seal and the cotton itself), so leaks are rarer than on the older pods. When things do go wrong, it is usually one of these.
Burnt taste on a new pod
It was not soaked. Fill, wait five minutes, prime with gentle pulls. A pod already burnt through will not recover.
Burnt taste on an old pod
The coil has reached its limit. One to two weeks is normal, less on sweet liquids.
Liquid in the device bay
Overfilled, or the flip cap was not clicked shut. Fill to below the top of the window and close the cap firmly. Wipe the contacts dry.
Gurgling
Usually hard draws flooding the coil. Tap the pod on a tissue with the mouthpiece down and draw more gently.
Device flashes and will not fire
Wipe the two gold contacts on the pod base and reseat it. If it is a 0.4ohm in an original Xlim, SE or SQ, the device cannot run it; use 0.6ohm or higher.
