The IVG XL 35K is IVG's big hitter: a rechargeable pod kit rated for up to 35,000 puffs, which is about as far as a single device stretches right now. It pairs a large prefilled pod with a 1000mAh battery and a smart colour screen, so you buy the device once and just drop in a fresh pod when the liquid runs dry. No filling, no menus to learn, just a high-capacity vape that keeps going.

It is one of the longest-lasting kits on our shelves, sitting above IVG's own Pro 12 on puff count, and it runs on its own XL 35K pods. It is part of our wider IVG range and our big-puff kits.
Legal. The June 2025 ban took out single-use disposables, not big-puff devices that recharge and refill, and the XL 35K is firmly the latter. The battery tops up over USB-C and the pod swaps out, and the prefilled pod itself is 2ml (the larger 22ml supply sits across two separate refill containers), so it sits inside TPD rules.
In other words, a 35,000-puff figure does not make it a banned disposable; what matters is that it is rechargeable and the pod is replaceable, which it is. It lives in our big-puff vapes range as a proper post-ban device, just one built for an unusually long run between buys.
Two things working together: a big liquid supply and a battery that recharges. The pod you vape on holds 2ml, and it is fed by two 10ml refill containers, so the kit carries 22ml of e-liquid in total. That is the volume behind the 35,000-puff figure, far more than any sealed disposable could hold.
Because the 1000mAh battery tops up over USB-C, the device outlives the liquid rather than dying half way through a pod. Your XL 35K kit arrives with one device, one prefilled pod, two refill containers and a manual. When that liquid is gone, you drop in a fresh XL 35K pod and keep going, no new battery needed.

The XL 35K gives you two settings, switched right on the device. ECO runs at a lower output for a cooler, smoother draw and the longest battery life between charges, which also makes a pod go further. Boost pushes more power for a warmer, punchier hit, at the cost of using the liquid and battery a little quicker.
The smart colour screen ties it together. At a glance you can see the battery level, roughly how much liquid is left, and which mode you are in, so there is no guessing when a charge or a fresh pod is due. Most people leave it on ECO day to day and flick to Boost when they want a bigger pull.

Inside the pod sits a 1.1ohm dual mesh coil, which is what gives the XL 35K its clean, even flavour and a tight mouth-to-lung draw, the familiar pull of a cigarette rather than a big airy lungful. Every pod is prefilled with IVG's 20mg (2%) nic salt, the UK legal maximum and the strength most people use coming off cigarettes.
There is no liquid to handle and nothing to refill by hand. When a pod runs dry you swap in a fresh XL 35K pod, which comes as the same 2ml pod plus two 10ml refills. The pods are specific to the XL 35K, so they will not fit the Pro 12 or other IVG kits.
Fifteen flavours, the usual IVG mix of cold fruits, sweets and a menthol, all at 20mg. The iced fruits tend to be the bestsellers. A few worth a look:

First run takes a moment, with no filling or priming to do.
Low per puff, which is the point of buying this much capacity. The kit is about £9.60 in our box of five, and each ships with a full 22ml pod set ready to go. After that you only buy refills: a pack of XL 35K pods gives another 22ml and up to 35,000 puffs for less than a fresh kit, because you keep the battery and screen.
Spread 35,000 puffs across the price of a pod and the per-puff cost is tiny, well under what a run of disposables or even smaller 10K kits work out at. The catch is the bigger upfront outlay than a cheap bar, but if you vape steadily it pays back fast, and there is far less packaging in the bin than buying device after device.
Three IVG rechargeables at very different scales. The XL 35K is the long-haul one. Quick version:
| Option | Puffs | Refilling | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| IVG XL 35K | ~35,000 a set | 2ml pod + 2x10ml refills | Longest life, lowest cost per puff |
| IVG Pro 12 | ~10,000 a pod | 2ml pod + 10ml refill | Mid-size, biggest flavour range |
| IVG SAVR | ~3,000 a pod | 2ml pod + 4ml refill | Smallest, cheapest, disposable feel |
Most XL 35K niggles are one of a few simple things. Worth a run-through before assuming it is faulty.
No vapour when you draw
Check the screen for charge, and make sure the assembled pod is pushed fully home so it makes contact. A fresh pod also needs a few seconds to soak first.
It will not charge
Try a different USB-C cable and a known-good plug or laptop port, and check the port for fluff. Watch the screen to confirm it is charging.
A weak or burnt taste
A new pod fired before it soaked, or one near the end of its 22ml (the screen shows the level). Let a fresh pod soak longer, or drop to ECO to ease the coil; swap the pod if it is spent.
It is emptying faster than expected
Boost mode uses liquid and battery quicker than ECO. Switch back to ECO on the screen for the longest run between charges and pods.
If you want the longest run between buys, yes. 35,000 puffs is a huge amount of vaping from one device, and because you recharge it and only ever replace the pod, the cost per puff lands well below a string of disposables. At 5 kits for £47.99 that is about £9.60 a kit before you even factor in the refills.
The trade is the upfront step over a cheap disposable, and you do have to keep it charged and buy pods. If you would rather a smaller, simpler device, IVG's Pro 12 does 10,000 puffs for less outlay. For sheer longevity though, the XL 35K is the one.
