The IVG Pro 12 is IVG's straightforward 10,000-puff prefilled pod kit, sold for a while as the Pro 10K before the rename (same hardware either way). The "12" is the 12ml of liquid inside: a 2ml pod sitting on a 10ml auto-refill container that keeps it topped up, which is where the puffs come from. No fuss, no settings, just charge it, click the pod in and vape. A screen on the front keeps you posted on the battery.

It is the simpler sibling of the IVG Smart Max: same 2ml-plus-10ml idea and the same 1000mAh battery, but without the Eco and Boost power modes, so it is cheaper and more no-nonsense. What it does have is the biggest flavour range we stock from IVG, 39 of them, and it comes in three strengths. It charges over USB-C and takes a fresh Pro 12 pod when it runs dry. It sits in our wider IVG range.
Legal, and built for the post-ban world. When the UK outlawed single-use disposables in June 2025, IVG's throwaway bars went with them. The Pro 12 is the rechargeable, refillable answer: the battery tops up over USB-C and the pod swaps out, so it meets what the law now asks. The 2ml pod keeps it inside TPD rules, with the larger 10ml feed in a separate refill container.
In short, a vape is only legal to sell now if you can recharge it and replace the pod. The Pro 12 does both, which is why it sits in our big-puff vapes range as a proper device rather than a loophole. You keep the long-lasting, low-faff feel of a disposable without the daily landfill.
No liquid ever touches your hands. The Pro 12 runs a 2ml prefilled pod with a built-in mesh coil, sitting on a 10ml auto-refill container that trickle-feeds the pod as you vape. You click the two together, slide them into the device, give it a few seconds to soak, and away you go. The container keeps the coil saturated, so the flavour stays true and you do not get a dry hit near the end.
Add the pod and the container together and that is the 12ml that earns the "Pro 12" name and the roughly 10,000 puffs. When it finally runs dry you swap in a fresh IVG Pro 12 pod rather than binning the device, which is cheaper and less wasteful than the old disposables.

First run is quick, with no filling or priming to fuss over.
The 1000mAh battery is a sensible size for a 10,000-puff device, good for around a day or two of use between charges, and it tops up over USB-C in roughly 45 minutes to an hour. A screen on the front shows the battery level and status, so a flat battery never ambushes you with juice still in the tank. If it ever flashes a status code rather than a level, that is just the device flagging a loose pod or a charge fault, not a dead unit.
That recharge is the whole case for a kit over a disposable: the cell keeps going across pod after pod, and nothing gets binned half-charged. At around 132mm tall it is chunkier than a slim bar but still pockets fine. As usual there is no USB-C cable in the box, so keep a spare to hand.

Three options, which is rare at this puff count. The headline is 20mg (2%) nic salt, the UK legal maximum and the strength most people use coming off cigarettes, and it is the one with the full 39-flavour range. There is also a 10mg (1%) option for a softer hit, and a 0mg nicotine-free version, though both carry fewer flavours than the 20mg line.
That spread makes the Pro 12 a genuine step-down tool: start at 20mg, drop to 10mg when you are reaching for it less, and finish on 0mg if you want the ritual without the nicotine. To taper between those points, or below, a refillable pod kit you fill with bottled nic salts gives you finer control than sealed pods.
This is where the Pro 12 pulls ahead: 39 flavours in 20mg, one of the biggest lists of any 10K kit. They cover the usual ground, the cold fruits, sodas and menthols, plus a few hookah-leaning blends IVG is known for. The 10mg and 0mg ranges are smaller, so check the strength you want carries your flavour. A handful worth a look:
Cheap, once the device is paid for. The kit comes five to a pack at £35.99, about £7.20 each, and every kit ships with a full 12ml pod ready to vape. After that you only buy refills: a pack of IVG Pro 12 pods gives you another 12ml and roughly 10,000 puffs for less than a fresh kit, since you are not paying for a new battery each time.
Spread across 10,000 puffs the running cost is a fraction of what the old single-use bars worked out at per puff, with a lot less plastic in the bin. The device is the one-off; the pods are the cheap part. If you want even longer between buys, the IVG XL 35K stretches to 35,000 puffs a set.
Three IVG pod kits, three different jobs. The Pro 12 is the no-frills 10K with the biggest flavour list. Quick version:
| Option | Puffs | Refilling | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| IVG Pro 12 | ~10,000 puffs | 2ml pod + 10ml refill | Biggest flavour range, simple |
| IVG Smart Max | ~10,000 puffs | 2ml pod + 10ml refill | Eco/Boost power modes |
| IVG 2400 4-in-1 | ~2,400 puffs | Four prefilled pods | Four flavours at once |
Most Pro 12 niggles are one of a few simple things. Run through these before assuming it is faulty.
It will not charge
Try a different USB-C cable and a known-good plug or laptop port, and check the port for fluff. Watch the screen to confirm it is taking charge.
No vapour, or the screen shows a code
A status code usually means the pod is not seated. Pull the assembled pod out and press it firmly back in so it makes contact, then try again. Make sure the battery is charged too.
A weak or burnt taste
A fresh pod fired before it soaked, or one near the end of its 12ml. Let a new pod soak half a minute first; if it is well used, swap the pod.
The draw feels tight
The Pro 12 is a fixed mouth-to-lung device, so the draw is meant to be snug like a cigarette. That is normal. For an airier draw you want a refillable kit with adjustable airflow.
Yes, if you want a long-lasting kit without the bells and whistles. The auto-fill system is genuinely tidy, the screen is useful, the flavour range is the biggest IVG does, and the three strengths make it a real step-down tool. For 10,000 puffs from one rechargeable body, it is solid value once you only buy the pods.
The honest catches are the usual ones. It is chunkier than a slim bar, you are tied to IVG Pro 12 pods, and there are no power modes. If you want Eco and Boost modes, the Smart Max is the step up; if you want four flavours at once, the IVG 2400 4-in-1 is the move. To mix your own juice, a refillable from Vaporesso or OXVA is smarter. But as a no-fuss 10K kit, the Pro 12 does the job.
