Legal. The June 2025 ban took out single-use disposables, not small rechargeable pod kits, and the Reload Mini is the latter: the battery tops up over USB-C and the 2ml pod clicks out and swaps. It deliberately looks and draws like the bars it replaces, but it is a refillable-pod system, which is exactly what the law now allows.
