These are the prefilled pods that refill an Elf Bar ELFA Pro once a pod runs dry. The ELFA is a closed system, so you do not fill anything: each pod is a sealed 2ml unit with a QUAQ fine-mesh coil and 20mg ElfLIQ salt, good for around 600 puffs, and you simply click in a fresh one when the last fades. The body is clear, so a quick glance against the light tells you how much juice is left.

The draw here is the range. There are 44 flavours in our line-up, which is one of the broadest of any pod system, and because the ELFA Pro pods also fit the standard ELFA device, owning either kit opens the whole list. They sit in our wider Elf Bar range and are the natural restock for anyone on the ELFA Pro.
Yes, if you run an Elf Bar ELFA Pro or a standard ELFA. The pods are shared across the two devices, so these drop into either without any fuss. You click a pod onto the top until it seats, draw on it, and swap it when it runs out. Owners of the Elfa Turbo and the Lost Mary Tappo can use them too, since that family takes the same pod.
They are specific to the ELFA closed system, though. They will not fit other Elf Bar kits like the Elf Bar 600, the 4-in-1 Ultra 50 or the Dual 10K, which all use their own pods. If your device is an ELFA, an ELFA Pro, an Elfa Turbo or a Tappo, these are the right refill. If it is anything else, check the kit first.
No filling, no coils, no mess. Each pod is a sealed 2ml prefilled unit with a QUAQ fine-mesh coil built in, the flavour tech Elf Bar uses across its newer kits to keep the taste clean and even from the first puff to the last. There is no button. The pod is draw-activated, so you peel the plugs, click it on, and just inhale.
The clever part is the ECS, the e-liquid coil separation Elf Bar designed for the Pro. It keeps the juice away from the coil until you actually draw, which means a fresh pod is ready almost straight away rather than needing a long soak, and it cuts the burnt first-puff that plagues some pods. The wide duckbill mouthpiece also opens the draw up a touch, so the ELFA Pro feels lighter and airier than the slightly tighter original ELFA.
A pod is good for roughly 600 puffs, about the same as a single-use bar, and the clear body lets you see when it is genuinely empty rather than guessing. When it tires you pull it off and click in the next, binning only the small pod rather than a whole battery and device.

This is where the ELFA earns its keep. Forty-four flavours is a lot to pick from, spanning the cold fruits, the berry blends, the sweeter desserts and a proper set of tobaccos. Because every pod shares the same QUAQ mesh, the only thing that changes between them is the juice, so you can hop from an iced blueberry to a tobacco without buying a new device. The full line-up, grouped to make it easier:

The two pods look near enough identical and they swap straight into either device, so plenty of people use them interchangeably. Hold them side by side, though, and the Pro pulls ahead in three small ways. The coil is the newer QUAQ mesh, which keeps flavour honest right down to the last few puffs rather than thinning out early. The mouthpiece is a wider duckbill, so the draw is a shade airier. And the ECS coil-separation trick means a fresh Pro pod is ready faster with less risk of a burnt opener.
The original ELFA pods are still perfectly good and usually a little cheaper, so if you have a stack of them, keep using them. For most people topping up day to day, the Pro pods are the ones we would reach for, and the wider flavour list settles it. Here is how the ELFA Pro pod sits against the other Elf Bar pod options, so you buy the right one for your kit:

| Option | Puffs | Refilling | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| ELFA Pro pods | ~600 a pod | Prefilled, 44 flavours | ELFA Pro or ELFA owners who want the fullest range |
| Standard ELFA pods | ~600 a pod | Prefilled, fewer flavours | Original ELFA, a slightly tighter draw |
| 4-in-1 / Dual 10K pods | ~10,000 a set | Prefilled editions | Higher capacity on the 4-in-1 kit |
| ELFX refillable pods | Refill to taste | Fill your own juice | The ELFX kit and DIY e-liquid |
This is the part that makes the ELFA worth the swap from disposables. Ten pods cost £16.99, which works out at about £1.70 a pod, and each pod carries roughly the same 600 puffs as a single-use bar. A throwaway bar of that size is usually a few pounds, so on the juice alone you are paying well under half, and you stop binning a battery every couple of days.
Put rough numbers on it. If you currently get through a disposable every two days, that is around 15 a month. Fifteen ELFA Pro pods at £1.70 is about £25.50 against the £45 to £60 you might spend on bars, and that gap only widens once the kit has paid for itself. You also throw away a great deal less, since the only thing in the bin is a small pod rather than a whole device with a lithium cell inside. For the maths on the kit itself, see the ELFA Pro device page.
The ELFA Pro is about as low-maintenance as vaping gets, but a couple of habits keep every pod tasting right. Most niggles come down to a pod that has not seated, or one that has been drawn on too hard too soon.
Burnt or harsh first puff
Let a fresh pod stand 30 seconds before vaping, and take a few gentle pulls rather than one hard drag while the mesh saturates.
Weak flavour or low vapour
Check the pod is clicked fully home, and glance at the clear body. If it looks empty it has done its 600 puffs and wants replacing.
A little gurgle or spit-back
Give the mouthpiece a quick wipe and draw a touch more slowly. A short, steady pull suits the QUAQ mesh better than a sharp one.
Pod will not seat
Make sure the base sticker and mouthpiece bung are both off, then press straight down rather than at an angle until it clicks.
For an ELFA or ELFA Pro owner, yes, comfortably. The flavour holds up, the range is genuinely one of the widest going, and at about £1.70 a pod they undercut disposables while wasting far less. They are not the pod for you if you want to mix your own juice or chase big clouds, in which case a refillable like the ELFX or a sub-ohm kit makes more sense. But as a clean, cheap, grab-and-go restock for a closed pod system, they do exactly what they should.
