How bottom fill works on the Minican Plus (and why it helps)
Bottom fill puts the port on the underside of the pod rather than the top or side. The seal sits at the base, away from the airflow path, so there is no risk of e-liquid creeping into the mouthpiece while you fill, and because the port is not under draw pressure during use, it tends to stay leak-tight over the life of the pod.
On a small device built to live in a pocket all day, that reliable seal matters more than it would on a desktop setup. The one habit to build is inverting the pod before you open the port. Crack it open with the pod upright and the liquid runs straight for the opening and dribbles out. Turn it over first and the juice sits at the mouthpiece end while you fill, which keeps the whole thing tidy.

The 0.8 ohm is the in-stock pod and the sensible starting point. It fires at a moderate wattage with some restriction but not the very tightest feel, and a moderate vapour to match. Run it with 18 to 20mg salt for the most effective cigarette replacement. For most people switching, this is the one.
The 1.2 ohm, currently out of stock, is the tighter alternative: lower wattage, less vapour, a firmer pull that some vapers specifically want because it reads even more like a cigarette.
