The Vaporesso GT Core Mesh coil pack provides replacement coils for Vaporesso's GT-range sub-ohm tanks. The GT ecosystem covers three different coil technologies in one package: traditional stainless mesh (GT Mesh), first-generation ceramic cell (Ccell) and second-generation ceramic cell (Ccell2). Sub-ohm coil replacement is a regular maintenance task for box mod and tank users — unlike pod coils which are replaced with the entire pod, GT tanks use separate replacement coil heads that screw into the base of the tank. GT Mesh, Ccell and Ccell2: which coil to choose?
The GT Mesh 0.18 Ohm is the performance choice: low resistance, high wattage (50-65W recommended), maximum vapour and flavour intensity. It suits vapers who use 70/30 VG shortfills and want the full DL experience from their GT tank. Cotton wicking is fast enough to keep the mesh surface saturated at high wattage, provided VG content stays at 70% or below.
The Ccell 0.5 Ohm swaps stainless mesh for a ceramic surface. Ceramic does not absorb flavours between uses and heats extremely evenly, making it popular with vapers who use thick 80% or 100% VG e-liquids (which can struggle to saturate cotton wicks at speed). Ceramic coils are generally slightly cooler in vapour temperature than equivalent mesh at the same wattage.
The Ccell2 0.3 Ohm is the ceramic option at higher wattage — lower resistance than the original Ccell allows more power input for more vapour without abandoning the ceramic surface's advantages.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use Ccell coils with 50/50 e-liquids?
Yes — but Ccell coils are designed for thick VG liquids. With 50/50 e-liquids the ceramic will work fine but the advantage of ceramic over mesh is minimal at lower VG ratios. Ceramic is the choice for 70-100% VG liquids specifically.
What is the difference between Ccell and Ccell2?
Ccell2 has a lower resistance (0.3 Ohm vs 0.5 Ohm) and higher recommended wattage, providing more vapour output while retaining the ceramic surface advantages. Ccell2 is for vapers who want DL ceramic performance; the original Ccell is for lower-wattage use.
