OXVA VPrime Replacement Pods, 4 Coil Options, 2ml or XL

The VPrime is OXVA's performance-focused pod kit, built around a wider coil range than the XLIM series. While the XLIM cartridges top out at 0.4 Ohm for DTL vaping, the VPrime goes lower to 0.2 Ohm, which places it in sub-ohm territory. This makes the VPrime a more versatile device for vapers who want the compact form factor of a pod kit without sacrificing the open, airy draw that a sub-ohm tank delivers.

The VPrime uses its own pod connector. VPrime pods do not fit XLIM, NeXLIM, or Oneo devices -- each OXVA pod system uses a device-specific mount. If you own a VPrime device, these are the replacement pods you need.

Each pack contains two pods, which is fewer than the three-pod packs used for other OXVA cartridges. The trade-off is a lower entry cost per pack. Two pods is enough to give you one in the device and one spare while the other is being cleaned or rested between flavours.

The 0.2 Ohm DTL coil is the fully open direct-to-lung option. Sub-ohm resistance means this coil fires at higher wattage, heats a larger e-liquid surface, and produces the most vapour of the four options. It suits vapers who have come from a sub-ohm tank and want to maintain that experience in a compact pod kit. Use 3 mg or 6 mg nicotine salt, as higher concentrations become uncomfortable at high vapour volumes.

The 0.4 Ohm RTL (Restricted To Lung) coil tightens the airflow from the 0.2 Ohm but keeps a direct lung inhale. You draw straight into your lungs, but the resistance in the airpath gives the draw more structure and presence. This is a popular option for vapers who like sub-ohm vapour production but want a slightly more focused pull. Pair with 10 mg nicotine salt.

The 0.6 Ohm RTL coil restricts the airflow further. Still a direct lung inhale, but the tighter draw sits partway between a traditional DTL experience and full mouth-to-lung. Many vapers find this coil produces excellent flavour concentration from 50/50 e-liquids. Use 12 to 18 mg nicotine salt depending on your sensitivity.

The 0.8 Ohm MTL coil is the mouth-to-lung option. You draw into your mouth first, pause, then inhale to the lungs. This replicates the action of a cigarette most closely and pairs best with 20 mg nicotine salt. The tightest airflow of the four, it is the recommended starting point for people switching from smoking who want to use the VPrime.

Both the 2ml and XL pods use the same coil elements, the same top-fill port, and the same VPrime device connector. The capacity difference is in the e-liquid reservoir only.

The 2ml option suits vapers who switch flavours frequently throughout the day, prefer the lighter feel of a smaller pod in the device, or use the 0.2 Ohm DTL coil where e-liquid consumption is higher and refilling is more regular anyway. Note the 0.8 Ohm 2ml variant is currently out of stock.

The XL option extends the time between refills and suits those who stick to one e-liquid for the session or day. All XL variants are currently in stock across all four coil resistances. The XL pod is the practical default for everyday use unless you have a specific reason to prefer the smaller reservoir.

Most combinations are available. In stock: 0.2 Ohm DTL in both 2ml and XL, 0.4 Ohm RTL in both 2ml and XL, 0.6 Ohm RTL in both 2ml and XL, and 0.8 Ohm MTL in XL only. Currently out of stock: 0.8 Ohm MTL 2ml.
