Top airflow: why it matters
Standard sub-ohm tanks draw air in through vents at the base of the tank — near the coil and e-liquid supply. When the tank is tilted or stored horizontally, e-liquid can escape through these base vents under the influence of gravity. The Zeus top-airflow design routes the airflow path through the top of the tank: air enters, travels down alongside the glass section, and reaches the coil from above. E-liquid cannot escape upward through this path under gravity.
The practical result is a tank that can be stored in a jacket pocket, left on its side in a car or thrown in a bag without the e-liquid leaking onto the device, mod or surrounding surfaces.
