In practice: the sweetness and the tingle are there within the first minute. There is no waiting, no working the pouch to get it going. For people coming from vapes or disposables, where the hit is instant, that makes Sweet Mint a much easier landing than the dry mints. The trade-off is that the release is a little more front-loaded and the session a little shorter, 30 to 40 minutes against 40-plus for the dry pouches.

The other trade-off is shelf life once opened. Moist pouches lose their liveliness in a can that has sat open for weeks, and a stale Sweet Mint is a flatter, less sweet thing. Lid clicked shut, out of the sun, finished within a fortnight. Buy a sleeve, open one can at a time.
