Lost Vape Thelema Elite S Pod Kit

The Thelema Elite S does not give you a wattage dial or a screen. Instead it gives you two modes accessed with a single button press: ECO and BOOST. The distinction is more useful than a raw number would be, because Lost Vape has already worked out what wattage suits each coil resistance in each mode.

In ECO mode the device runs at a lower output, roughly 13W when paired with the included 0.6ohm pod. That translates to a cool, smooth pull that sits nicely with nic salts. There is no throat harshness, the battery drains slowly, and the pod tends to last longer because the coil is not running hot. If you are switching from disposables or cigarettes and you want something unobtrusive that you can puff on all day without overthinking, ECO is the setting to start on.

BOOST mode raises the wattage considerably, closer to 25W with the same 0.6ohm pod. The vapour is warmer, the hit lands a little harder, and the draw opens up enough to feel like a restricted direct lung vape rather than a pure MTL. Pair that with the 0.45ohm pod and you get a genuinely warm RDL pull that some people prefer, particularly if they are coming from a sub-ohm kit and want something smaller without going all the way to a tight salt-nic stick.

Switching between ECO and BOOST is a single button press on the side of the device. There is no menu, no screen navigation, and no need to read a manual once you have tried it once.

The Thelema Elite S uses the E Plus pod system, which means the pods themselves are interchangeable across a few Lost Vape devices. There are four resistance options and each one is suited to a different style of vaping.

The 0.6ohm pod ships in the box. It runs from 13 to 25W and covers the MTL sweet spot, cool and smooth in ECO, a little warmer in BOOST. This is where most people stay. It works with both freebase 50/50 e-liquids and nic salts, though the flavour tends to be sharper with salts at this resistance.

If you prefer a tighter draw with even lower vapour production, the 0.8ohm pod runs from 9 to 17W. At that output the cloud almost disappears entirely and the whole experience becomes very discreet, which suits people who need to vape in places where a billow of vapour would draw attention.

The 0.45ohm pod opens things up for restricted lung use, running 17 to 30W. In BOOST mode this is the combination that puts the Thelema Elite S closest to what a traditional vape starter kit delivers, with a warmer draw and more vapour than the MTL options. The 0.3ohm pod goes further still, running 25 to 45W for proper direct lung use, though at those wattages the 1400mAh battery will work harder and you will be reaching for the cable more often.

All four pods use the E-Core Tech 3.0 dual mesh coil technology, which is the same platform. The mesh distributes heat more evenly than a standard coil wire, so the flavour profile stays consistent rather than spiking hot in the middle of the coil surface and scorching the cotton on the edges.

The 1400mAh battery is built in, which means there is no swapping cells. In ECO mode with the 0.6ohm pod, independent testers found it comfortable all day on a single charge. Run the 0.3ohm pod in BOOST and you will be back on the cable at some point in the afternoon, but that is a different use case: at 35-45W a 1400mAh cell is working hard.

Charging is via USB-C at 5V/1.4A. The cable is not included in the box, but any phone charger you already own will do. A full charge from flat takes roughly an hour. There is no pass-through vaping while it charges, so if you hit empty you will need to wait rather than vape while it tops up.

The device has five safety protections built in: overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, overtime and over-temperature. These are standard for a modern pod kit and mean the battery management is handled at the circuit level rather than relying on the user to remember to unplug it.

One thing worth noting: the Thelema Elite S has no battery indicator. There is no screen and no LED level display. You get a light that blinks when the battery is low, but you will not know you are at 20% until the blink shows up. If you are used to devices that show a percentage, the guesswork takes a few days to adjust to.

E-Core Tech 3.0 is Lost Vape's name for the coil architecture used in the E Plus pod family. The core idea is a dual mesh structure: two layers of mesh wicking and heating material rather than a single wire or single mesh sheet. Dual mesh increases the surface area that contacts the e-liquid and spreads the heating load, which does two practical things.

First, the flavour tends to be more even. Standard coils have hot and cold zones because a single wire heats unevenly; mesh is already better than wire, but dual mesh is more consistent again. You get the same profile on puff one as you do on puff fifty, rather than the first few being a bit flat while the coil beds in.

Second, the coil lasts longer for most users. More surface area means less concentrated heat per square millimetre of cotton, which slows the oxidation and caramelisation that eventually gives a coil that slightly bitter, slightly sweet scorched taste. Whether you get notably longer life than a single-mesh pod depends heavily on how sweet your e-liquid is, but the dual-mesh construction is genuinely not just marketing.

From a practical standpoint: prime the pod before the first puff, which means dropping a few millilitres of liquid in, putting the pod in the device and then waiting two minutes before drawing on it. That first two minutes lets the cotton saturate. Skip it and you will taste burnt cotton immediately, which is a shame on any coil but especially so on a pod that should last you a week.
