Each Hyola Pro 8000 refill pod pack is a two-component system. The 2ml pod is the part that clips into the device; it contains the dual mesh coil and the initial 2ml of e-liquid. The 10ml container is a reservoir that connects to the pod and acts as a continuous supply of e-liquid. As the 2ml chamber depletes during vaping, e-liquid flows from the 10ml container back into the pod, maintaining a consistent fill level without any action from you.

This auto-refill design has a practical advantage over conventional pods. With a standard 2ml pod, you get somewhere between 300 and 600 puffs before the pod is dry and needs replacing. With the Hyola system, the continuous feed from the 10ml container extends this to up to 8,000 puffs from a single pod installation. That means far fewer pod changes per week and no situation where you run out of liquid partway through the day.

The dual mesh coil is the other key component. Mesh coils heat e-liquid across a wider surface than standard wire coils, producing more even vapour and reducing the formation of hot spots that cause premature coil burnout. Dual mesh doubles this surface area, which is particularly beneficial for a long-lifespan pod where coil performance needs to hold up across thousands of puffs rather than a few hundred. The result is flavour that stays accurate and satisfying from start to finish.

Installation takes roughly ten seconds. Remove the spent pod pack by pulling it out of the device bay. Unwrap the new pod pack, remove any protective stopper from the pod port, align the pod with the bay, and press firmly until you feel the magnetic click. The Hyola Pro 8000 device recognises the new pod and you can begin vaping immediately. Giving the pod a minute to settle before your first draw is sensible but not strictly necessary.

If the pod does not click into place, check the orientation of the pod and clean the magnetic connection points on both the pod and the device with a dry cloth. Sometimes a small amount of e-liquid on the connection points prevents a clean magnetic seal. Once clean, reinsert and press firmly.

A burnt or harsh taste on a new pod is usually caused by inserting the pod and immediately vaping before the coil has primed. Remove the pod, hold it upright for two minutes to allow the e-liquid to settle into the coil, then reinsert and draw gently for the first few puffs. The flavour should normalise within three to five draws.

Reduced vapour from a pod that still has e-liquid in the 10ml container suggests either a low battery (charge the device) or a blocked airflow port. Check the mouthpiece for any obstruction. If e-liquid appears on the outside of the pod or device, the most common cause is overfilling from the auto-refill container due to a change in air pressure, such as storing the device in a cold car or travelling on a flight. Store the device upright when not in use. If condensation is present inside the device bay, dry it with a tissue before reinserting the pod.

If the device is not firing at all with a new pod, verify the battery is charged and the pod is fully seated. Some users mistake partial insertion for a full connection.
