The HAWCOS x Lost Mary Pro 7000 is a refillable prefilled-pod kit, a tie-up between hardware maker HAWCOS and Lost Mary that you will also see badged as the Pro Max 7000. The pitch is simple: roughly 7000 puffs, a battery big enough to see the liquid out, and a switch on the side that lets you pick how it hits. No bottles, no coils to build, none of that.

It works on a sealed two-part system. A 1.5ml prefilled pod with a 0.8Ω mesh coil sits up top, and an 8ml auto-refill container in the body keeps it fed as you vape. You charge it over USB-C, you flick between Normal and Turbo, and when it finally runs dry you drop in a fresh Pro 7000 pod. It sits in our wider Lost Mary range alongside the BM6000 and the big Nera 30K.
No e-liquid ever touches your hands. The Pro 7000 runs a 1.5ml prefilled pod that carries the mouthpiece and a 0.8Ω mesh coil in one sealed part. Underneath sits an 8ml auto-refilling container of Lost Mary 20mg salt that trickle-feeds the pod as you go, so it tops itself up rather than you topping it up.
Add the pod and the container together and that is where the 7000-puff figure comes from. When the lot finally empties you swap in a fresh HAWCOS Pro 7000 pod rather than binning the device, which is both cheaper and a good deal less wasteful than the old throwaway bars.
A press of the button flips the Pro 7000 between two outputs. Normal runs at around 11W: gentler, smoother on the throat, and it squeezes the most puffs out of a pod. Turbo winds it up to roughly 15.3W for a warmer, punchier hit and noticeably bigger clouds.
Most people park it on Normal for the everyday economy and reach for Turbo when a flavour earns it. Worth knowing that Turbo gets through both the battery and the liquid faster, so the headline 7000 puffs is really a Normal-mode number. Live on Turbo and you will see fewer. No such thing as a free cloud.

The 1800mAh battery is the headline bit of hardware here, and it is a big one for a device this size. Lost Mary reckons it outlasts all the e-liquid on a single charge, which in plain terms means the pod usually runs dry before the battery does. You recharge over USB-C from any phone cable.
That is the whole case for a kit over a disposable: the cell keeps going for weeks of pods, and nothing gets binned half-charged. The only catch is the usual one, you will want to keep a USB-C lead handy.

There are 14 flavours, lifted straight from the Lost Mary greatest hits, so if you got on with the bars you will know most of these. They split into the usual camps: cold fruits, sodas and lemonades, and a couple of sweeter oddballs. A quick steer on where to spend first:

The HAWCOS Pro 7000 comes at 20mg (2%) nic salt across all 14 flavours, the UK legal maximum and the strength most people use coming off cigarettes. Salt nicotine sits smoother in the throat than old freebase liquid, so 20mg satisfies without feeling savage, and the Normal mode softens it further still.
There is no lower-strength Pro 7000 pod, so if stepping the nicotine down over time is the plan, a refillable pod kit you fill yourself is a better long-term route than these sealed pods.
Yes, particularly if the thing that annoyed you about big-puff bars was the battery dying with liquid still in the tank. That 1800mAh cell genuinely fixes it, and the two power modes are more than a gimmick: Normal for all-day economy, Turbo when you fancy a proper lungful. The crystal-look build is a cut above the usual plastic too.
Lost Mary kept this device off the disposables shelf for a reason: it recharges, the pods replace, and it ticks the TPD boxes the old bars no longer can. The honest catches are the ones every prefilled kit shares. It is chunkier than a slim bar, you are tied to the HAWCOS and Lost Mary pods, and there is only the one 20mg strength. If you would rather mix your own juice, a refillable from Vaporesso or OXVA is the smarter buy. If you just want a long-lasting, no-faff vape with options, this earns its keep.
