Each pod is a two-part system. The 2ml chamber is the part that holds e-liquid against the coil, and behind it sits a 10ml container that acts as a reservoir. As the 2ml chamber depletes while you vape, e-liquid flows from the container back into the pod, holding the level steady. You never refill anything by hand; the pod manages its own supply until the container is empty.

This continuous feed is the reason the pod reaches up to 10,000 puffs. A plain 2ml pod gives you a few hundred puffs before it runs dry, whereas the auto-refill design keeps topping the chamber up from the 10ml container. If the pod does not click into place, check its orientation and wipe the contacts on both the pod and the device with a dry cloth. A trace of e-liquid on the contacts can stop a clean connection. Reseat the pod and press until it seats firmly.

A burnt or harsh taste on a new pod is usually down to vaping before the coil has primed. Pull the pod, stand it upright for a minute or two so the e-liquid soaks into the coil, then reseat and draw gently for the first few puffs. The flavour should normalise within three to five draws.

Weak vapour from a pod that still has liquid usually means a low battery (check the screen and the base LED, and charge over USB-C) or a blocked airflow. Inspect the mouthpiece for any obstruction. If e-liquid appears on the outside of the pod or device, the common cause is the auto-refill container reacting to a change in air pressure or temperature, such as a cold car or a flight. Store the device upright when not in use and dry any condensation in the pod bay before reseating.
